About Authored Images

Hi, I’m Arthur, the photographer behind Authored Images. I’m based in Northern Virginia and work with models, creators, and private clients throughout the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area. I’m also available for select destination shoots and creative projects.

My interest in photography began when I was a teenager and continued while I traveled around the country working in corporate information technology. What started with landscapes and cityscapes eventually developed into portrait and model photography, where I discovered how much I enjoy combining lighting, locations, wardrobe, and creative concepts to produce distinctive images.

Over the years, I have worked with new and experienced models from across the country. My photography has taken me to locations including Orlando, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Diego, Tennessee, and Jamaica, and my work has appeared in several glamour and photography publications.

I specialize in glamour, boudoir, swimsuit, creative portraiture, model portfolio development, and content creation for models and online creators. Every session is approached as a collaboration, with clear communication about the concept, comfort level, boundaries, and intended use of the finished images.
