Ready to Make a Play

By Week 4, the season is getting serious—but that doesn’t mean game day can’t still be fun.

For this Packers-inspired set with Ella, we traded the traditional uniform for shoulder pads, eye black, red lace, and plenty of attitude. It may not be regulation game-day gear, but I don’t think anyone is going to complain.

The playbook definitely didn’t include this formation—but sometimes the best plays are the ones nobody sees coming.

So, heading into Week 4, are you watching the game—or did Ella already distract you?

Football Season Is in Full Swing

We’re three weeks into the football season, and the competition is already heating up. It seemed like the perfect time to share this football-inspired set with Alice Antoinette.

For this shoot, we combined shoulder pads, eye black, a football, and a little lace to create something sporty, playful, and just a bit flirty. Alice brought exactly the right attitude to the concept and looked completely ready for game day.

Now that the season is underway, the big question is: Is your team looking like a contender—or are they already making you nervous?

Can San Francisco Keep the Momentum Going?

San Francisco started the season with a win last week, giving 49ers fans plenty to be excited about. Now the question is whether they can carry that momentum into this week.

To continue celebrating the return of football, I’m sharing another football-inspired photo set. This time, we brought out the red and gold, the 49ers hat, and a football for a fun game-day look.

Football season is always more exciting when your team starts with a win. There is still a lot of football left to play, but it is certainly a good way to begin the season.

Now we’ll see what San Francisco can do this week. Can they make it two wins in a row?

Who’s Ready for Football? A New Season with CiCi

Football season is back, and I wanted to start the new season with a football-themed photoshoot featuring CiCi.

We photographed this set outdoors, combining a few football elements with a simple portrait session. CiCi did a great job with the theme and made the shoot a lot of fun.

The beginning of a new season always brings plenty of excitement, new expectations, and renewed team rivalries. So, who’s ready for some football?

Dark & Moody Workshop

I recently attended a “Dark & Moody” photography workshop hosted by Marco Ibanez ( @marcoibanezphoto ), featuring the incredibly talented model Sandra Cuadra ( @miss_boudoir_mn2 ). If you love bold shadows and moody aesthetic as much as I do, this was a masterclass in leveling up the creative toolkit.

We focused on four critical success areas:

  • Using available light effectively — shadows are not the enemy

  • Dynamic posing techniques to boost visual impact

  • Live shooting opportunities to test concepts in real-time

  • Portfolio-ready results — because content is king

Sandra delivered killer poses with efficiency and attitude, giving us everything from soft vulnerability to confident edge. Marco provided hands-on coaching that translated into immediate shot-level improvements.

I left with new skills, fresh images I’m proud to share, and a bigger appetite for bold, atmospheric storytelling.

KJ in Red

We don’t have any Christmas decorations in the picture, but KJ is red and I don’t think anyone will mind ;-) A few of these pictures would get me flagged on Instagram for sure, so I figured I would be a few extra on the website.

Santa's favorite.....

I got lucky and Leda was in the area with some time to shoot. We threw together some Christmas themed ideas and this is the first set to post. I’m not sure what to do with the pictures that would get us both on the really naughty list ;-)

Ella in a Zebra Print

These are from a set I shoot with Ella while at the Epic Pool Shoot put on by David Moser. I posted a few of them on Instagram, but they seem to be a ‘flagging’ post kick lately, so I figured I would paly it save and put the semi risky ones on the blog - just to be safe.

Dominika in Black

There are from a shoot a few weeks ago with Dominika at a workshop at The Studio at Dulles. This was the first one of probably 4-6 different looks we did. I will post some of those over the summer.
